- 2 cups Rice flour
- 2 cups Boiling Water
- 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- Cooking oil 1 tablespoon for each round of rotti
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 1/2 cup Freshly grated coconut
- Chopped coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
- Washed and chopped dill leaves 1/2 cup
- 4 Chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
- 1 tsp Crushed cumin
- 1/2 cup Curd
- Salt to taste

- First, take a shallow plate or bowl. Mix the flours and salt. Add 1 tsp oil. Pour 1.5 cups boiling water and close the lid. Keep for 10 minutes.

- Now add all the other ingredients and mix well with a spoon. Using rest of the water, mix to a loose dough
- Heat an iron or cast iron tawa or skillet. Grease with oil and wipe. Then take a large ball sized portion of the dough.

- Press with wet palm to a thin, flat and round shaped pancake. Make small indentation with fingers and pour oil on them and around.

- Cover and cook on medium flame from both sides till golden brown. Make all rotis similarly.
