- For Khoba baati
- 2 cup Wheat flour
- To taste salt
- 1 tbsp Ghee for dough
- As needed ghee for spread
- For daal
- 1/2 cup toor Dal
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- Pinch asafoetida
- 5-6 curry leaves
- Instant Mango pickle
- 1 chopped Raw mango
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
- to taste salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- Kachri chutney
- 1 cup Mint leaves
- 1 cup Coriander leaves
- 4 spoon Red chilli powder
- 3 spoon dry Kachri powder
- to taste Salt
- For chaas/buttermilk
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 tsp black salt
- as needed Water
- 1/4 spoon Ginger paste
- 4 cup Steamed Rice
- 1 papad
- as needed Cucumber salad
- 1/2 lemon
- as needed Namkeen
Steps to make to make Restaurant Style Rajasthani Thali
- Take flour,add salt, melted ghee and rub with fingers. Now wait little by little water and make a soft dough.now keep aside for 15 minutes now divide 2 in 324 equal balls roll it without dressing now make slashes with the knife on one side.



- Place it on a warm non stick pan slashed side down only. now flip the roti and give the pinch design with the fingertips.



- Once it's lightly cooked from one side transfer eat on a rock and cook 10 minutes on high flame. After cooked until you see beautiful brown colour on top. Spread ghee and serve.

- Wash mango and cut into small pieces then take Pan heat oil then add a supported mustard seeds cumin seeds turmeric powder red chilli powder and switch off the flame then add shop raw mango pieces and mix well and at last add salt and your instant kachi keri pickle is ready.


- Kachri means dry wild cucumber. Cake mixer grinder jar add all ingredients for kachri chutney grind it to a fine paste and your chutneys ready.


- First wash and soak dal for.one hour then cook dal with chopped tomatoes in pressure cooker.now heat oil in pan then add cumin seeds green chilli, mustard seeds,hing,curry leaves allowed to crackle. Naveda turmeric powder red chilli powder salt to taste and add cooked dal. State the dal when then add coriander leaves and lemon juice and transfer the Rajasthani dal to a serving bowl.



- For fried chilli take oil when oil will heat then add whole green chilli and fry 3- 4 seconds and transfer in another bowk and sprinkle salt. Take papad and old the papad with stones and start roasting the papad evenly on a low medium flame.... For salad chop cucumber and lemon.



- Take curd, ginger paste,black salt in vessel then blend till combined.serve into serving glass garnish with fresh pudina and serve.
