- flavour, it's mild chili)
- 1 tsp ground red Cayenne Pepper powder (adjust to

- Pour in the tomato puree, cayenne pepper powder and salt. Let simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens and becomes a deep brown red colour.
- Stir in the cream and sugar through the sauce. Add the chicken and it's juices back into the pan and cook for a furthern 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is thick and bubbling. Pour in the water to thin out the sauce, if needed.
- Garnish with the fresh herb Coriander leaves and serve with hot steamed Basmati Rice and Naan flat bread or any Flatbread.ππ
