Dahi Vada deep fried urad dal dumplings dunked in tempered creamy yoghurt .

- In a bowl add curd and beat it till smooth,make tadaka with oil, musterd seeds,curry leaves add to curd,add salt and coriander leaves to it mix well keep aside.

- Heat oil in kadai, take spoonfull of urad batter make hole in middle with thumb and drop in oil, fry till golden brown.



- Now dip the fried wadaa in curd mixture soak for 5min.

- Place soaked dahi Vada in serving bowl and serve.
