- Chop all veggies and cook the onion slices till golden brown.

- Soak rice for 15min and cook till 90percent with bay leaf, peppercorns, cinnamon.


- Fry potatoes to golden brown and cook other veggies to soft but not overcook.

- Heat ghee,oil in kadai add jeera and capsicum,green chilli,ginger, garlic paste and saute for a while then add other veggies mix well then add masala powder sand mix it after that add curd and cook for a while add salt,pudina powder, coriander leaves and mix it well.



- Now in a pan layer the cooked basmati rice on that add a spoon of kesar milk then prepared veggies repeat this till done top with brown onions and rose water close lid.

- Heat tawa and keep the pan and cook on sim to give it dum.


- After 5,7min veg dum biriyani is ready to serve.
