Instructions to make to make Mutton pulao
- Make a spice beg with 9/Onion 2 slice ginger Julian 1 tbsp black pepper 20 cloves 10 cinnamon 2 inch piece black cardamom 2 small black cardamom 2 Garlic 1 pod,1 tbsp salt heaped anise seed 3 tbsp coriander whole 4 tbsp add in a pan with mutton and 8 cups of water cook till mutton nearly done and 4 cups of water stock left
- Heat oil add onion and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown then add ginger garlic paste and fry well by adding little little water then add boiled mutton and cook for 10 minutes after 10 minutes add yogurt and cook well then add left over stock, when stock boiling add rice



- Cook on medium flame on 10 minutes after that cover for 20 minutes on very low flame thank yew 💕 serve with raita 🥰
