- Mince ma all ingredients mix kar ke chopper ma chop kar lein. Balls bana lay.

- Oil ma onion brown kar lein.Then is ma salt, Red chilli, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste daal kar bhoon lein.
- After bhunify,onions or yoghurt ko grind kar ke is ma add krdein or bhoon lein. Water add karen according to your choice of gravy.
- Jab yeh pakna start ho jaye to flame ko low kar dein or 1 by 1 ball is ma add kray.15 min ke lia dum par rakh dein.Last ma dhania daal kar serve karen.
- TIPS FOR KOFTAY... 1)balls agar tootnay lagay to slice ya egg daal da. 2)balls banatay hoay hands ko grease kar lein oil say phr balls banaen.
