  1. Boil the egg for 25 mins, keep it in cold water and remove the skin. In pan,1/2 tbsp ghee,1/2 tsp pepper powder,little salt,boiled eggs and saute for few mins.
  2. In a pressure cooker, add ghee, oil,whole spices,green chili and let it splutter.
  3. Add sliced onion,ginger garlic paste and saute until light brown. Then add tomato,salt,turmeric powder and saute until it turns mushy.
  4. Add all the masala powder, curd, 3 and 1/2 cup water,salt as per taste,coriander,mint leaves and let it boil for few mins.
  5. Once water boils well, add the soaked rice and mix well.
  6. Aft 3 mins,add the sauteed egg and don't mix it,close the lid. Cook for 1whistle,switch off the flame and don't disturb it for 20 mins. Now the tasty egg biriyani is ready and serve hot with delicious raitha 😋😋
