This recipe is my grandfather (nana Jan) he use to make this yakhni plaow for us on eid ..when ever I make it my memories recalls...

- 2 kg beef
- 2 small onions
- 1/2 cup Sounf
- 1/2 cup Sabut dhaniya
- 1 complete flower Garlic cloves
- 10 green chillies
- 2 inch pieceGinger
- As required Water
- Ingredients for palao
- 1.5 cup Oil
- 2 big Onions
- 1.5 tbsl Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Green chilli paste
- 2 big Tomatoes
- 1 kg Potatoes
- To taste Salt
- Beaf
- 1/2 cup beaten Yogurt
- 1.5 kg Rice
Instructions to make to make Yakhni palao
- For the prepration of Yakhni : At first we have to take a pan add meat in it then add water almost 7 to 8 glass water...Then add souf,sabut dhaniya, small onions, garlic cloves,green chillies and ginger slices now let it cook...
- When beef tenderize then separate beef and green chillies from yakhni and put aside the left over
- Then in another pan add oil then add onions then add chopped garlic and Ginger paste and green chilli paste...Now add chopped tomatoes and potatoes and broil for 5 to 6 min..Then add salt and then cover when tomatoes tenderize...Now add yogurt and broil for 10 min then add meat and yakhni
- Then add rice 4 green chillies and half cup of mint...After that add salt and let it cook...When it is done then serve...
