- Grind well, Ginger, Garlic and Green chilli into a thick paste.
- Soaked the Rice.
- To heated oil and ghee in a skillet add the whole spices and stir well.
- Add onion, salt and saute it until the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the ginger, garlic and chilli paste mixture and cook until the raw smell is gone.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Garam Masala powder cook for a minute.
- Add tomatoes and cook until everything turns into a paste.
- Add yogurt and mix well.
- Add presoaked rice, water or chicken stock and mint leaves.
- Cover and Cook it on medium heat on 5 minutes then place a flat tawa under Neath it and simmer for 15 minutes for low heat.
- Kuska Biryani is ready to be served with Raita and Salad.
