Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Paneer Net Dosa:
- For Dosa :--
- 1 cup urad dal
- 2 cup rice
- 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 2 tsp curd
- 5 tsp butter
- To taste salt
- For Stuffing to:--
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup capsicum (chopped)
- 1/2 cup carrot (grated)
- 1/4 cup sweet corn (boiled)
- 150 gram paneer (cubes)
- 4 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp oregano seasoning
- To taste salt
Steps to make to make Paneer Net Dosa
- For Batter:-- Wash and soak the urad dal and rice for 5 hours. After that drain excess water and add Fenugreek seeds, ginger, green chillies, salt. Grind to make smooth batter. Now add curd and water as per requirement to make a thick consistency batter. Keep it aside.


- For Stuffing:-- Take butter in a pan at medium flame. Add chopped tomato and 1/2 tsp of salt and cook it till become mashy. Now add onion, cook for 2 minutes. Now add capsicum, carrot, sweet corn and cook for 2 minutes.



- Now add oregano seasoning and chilli flakes. After that add tomato sauce and soya sauce. Cook for a minute. Now add paneer cubes and cook for 2 minutes. Mix all together. Now turn off the flame and let it cool down at room temperature.



- For preparing Dosa, Heat a pan and apply some oil over it to make tawa smooth. Now fill the dosa batter in a plastic cone or sauce bottle. Make vertical lines and again make horizontal lines crossing over vertical lines to make it look like a net. Apply butter over the net dosa and cook it to both sides. Fill the stuffing and fold in dosa shape and cook it till become crisp.



- Now my style healthy and tasty paneer net dosa is ready. Garnish it with some coriander leaves and cherries. Serve it with red chutney and green chutney.😋🤗
