- 1 star anise
- 2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- to taste Salt
- as needed Ghee
- handful Readymade fried onion barista
- as needed Water
- 4 tbsp dry fruits

- Firstly, take half kg mutton clean and wash in a large bowl add ginger garlic paste, onion slice, chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, meat masala, Coriander powder, curd and some Coriander and mint leaves mix well keep a side to marinate for 2 hours, if you have time marinate for overnight because the flavours are absorbed in the mutton.
