- as required Wheat flour dough for sealing d dum biryani
- as per needed ghee
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- as needed Oil
- as required Water
- 2 onion round slices
- 1 tsp each yellow, orange n green food colour mix with milk
- as required Some saffron mix with half bowl milk n soak
Steps to make to make Mutton dum biryani
- Firstly take a half kg mutton clean n wash n marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt meat masala purneric powder, curd n salt as per taste, mix it well n keep a side for marinate 2 to 3 hours or whole night. For masala roast onion slices n coconut slices n keep a side, take all d above ingredients together heat d cooker for bould mutton, pour oil.



- Add all whole garam masala saute for a minutes add marinated mutton mix it well n add little hot water.



- Cover d lid n whistle 5 to 6 n boil, nw grind d masala roasted coconut, onion, ginger garlic, tomato,



- Ciraibdef leaves n grind in a fine paste, for biryani rice, clean n wash rice n soak for at least half hour, take all d above biryani rice ingredients together.



- Heat d another cooker pour oil n ghee, add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon sticks,black pepper,cumin seeds,almond, cashews green cardamom big Cardomom,



- N saute for five minutes add soak basmati rice, add water as per requirement,



- Cover d lid n whisher 2 to 3, after that our rice also cooked keep a side, dip fry onion big slices in d Hot oil n make crispy barista remove from d kadhai into d paper for cooling.



- Now our mutton also boil firstly take above gravy ingredients together, our coconut masala also ready mutton also ready, now heat d pan add oil n onion slices n cook for till d onion colour change.



- After that add chopped tomatoes n salt mix it well n cook for a minutes after that add dry masala add red chilli powder, Kashmiri Lal powder, garam masala, meat masala, mix it well n cook again five minutes.



- Add dry rosted coconut onion masala mix it nicely n cook till d masala leaves oil after that add boil mutton.



- Mix it well n add some Coriander leaves n cook for ten minutes, now our dum biryani preparation is ready dry mutton, masala rice n onion barishta some chopped mint leaves n coriander leaves to make biryani, grease d cooker with ghee, n heat it add onion round slice.



- Add d first kayar of biryani add boil rice some dry almond n cashews n few drops of all colours, add nonion crispy barista, add some mint n Coriander leaves.



- Add cooked mutton dry gravy n add again second layer of rice, do d same procedure tii third layer.



- Now our third layer also complete cover d lid n seal with wheat dough for dum d biryani 20 to 30 minutes.



- After 30 minutes our delicious healthy neutricious tasty and yummy mutton dum biryani is ready to serve.
